Billing:
All insurance copayments and deductibles are due at the time of service.  If we do not have a contracted arrangement with your insurance plan, you will be expected to pay in-full at the time of service.  Billing questions may be directed to the Centralized Business Office at (704) 384-7840 weekdays from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Billing for Tests:
Laboratory testing and other tests performed outside our office will be billed by the entity performing the test.

Insurance Plans:
We accept most major insurance plans.  Please feel free to contact our office to determine if we accept your insurance plan.
