Employment and FAA Flight Physicals

If you need a pre-employment physical, a periodic employment physical, or an FAA Flight Physical, it can be accomplished in our office.

We provide pre-employment physical examinations, periodically required medical examinations (eg. DOT exam and fire department physicals) and life insurance examinations.
As an active pilot and a former U.S. Air Force Flight Surgeon, Dr. Mueller enjoys performing FAA flight physicals in the office. It is his goal to keep you safe and in the air!
