In order to serve you better, a copy of your insurance card is needed at each visit. All insurance co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. We will gladly file your charges with your insurance carrier. Billing questions may be directed to the centralized business office toll-free at 866-666-1279 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Billing for Tests:
Labs and other tests performed outside our office will be billed by the entity performing the test.

Insurance Plans:
We participate with most of the major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance carrier to confirm that Brunswick Women's Center physicians are providers for your plan.

Medicare Coverage:
We are participating physicians for Medicare. We accept assignment and will be happy to file your claims to Medicare.

ABN Waivers:
Medicare may not cover all your services. For example, your annual pelvic, breast and pap tests are only covered every other year. You may be asked to sign a Medicare ABN waiver stating the possibility of non-coverage was explained and that you are aware you may be billed for the test.
