Who do I call if I have a billing question?
Billing is done in-house, so you may call our office at 704-537-0020 if you have a question about your bill.
How do I request a prescription refill?
If you need to request a refill of a prescription, please call our office during normal hours of operation.
How long does it take to obtain an appointment?
Calling our office at the first sign of illness helps to ensure that you receive an appointment time sooner rather than later. Normally, we are able to schedule appointments within 24 hours and can schedule same-day appointments for those requiring urgent care.
What do I need to bring with me to my appointment?
Patients should bring the following items with them to their appointment: insurance card; a list of current prescriptions and over-the-counter medications; and insurance co-pay.
As family physicians, can you serve as primary care providers for children as well as adults?
Yes. Our family physicians, board certified in family practice, are qualified to deliver comprehensive care, regardless of age, sex, organ system or type of problem, be it biological, behavioral or social.
