For routine appointments please conact our office at 704.384.1800 and choose option #4. For sick/same day appointments please choose option # 3.

Office Hours:

Our office ours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.. We are closed on weekends and major holidays.

After Hours:

We ask that routine questions, prescriptions refills and appointments be made during regular business hours. For a life threatening emergency, call 9-1-1 immediately. For other urgent needs, call our office at (704)-384-1800. After normal office hours, calls will be answered by the after hours triage support team.

New Patients:

We welcome new patients! We would be delighted to meet your healthcare needs. On your first visit we ask that you arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Please bring your insurance card, any medications you are taking and any co-payment or deductible. Having your medical records requested from previous physicians will aid our physician in your treatment.
