Our providers operate on an appointment basis. To schedule an appointment at our Salisbury office, please call 704-637-1123  or to schedule at our Faith location, please call 704-279-3777 during our standard hours of operation:

Salisbury location hours:

• Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Faith location hours:

• Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Same-Day Urgent Care

For your convenience, our office provides same-day sick appointments for sudden, urgent medical needs. If your condition requires immediate medical attention, please call our office at 704-637-1123 (Salisbury) and 704-279-3777 (Faith) during our standard, weekday hours of operation to request a same-day appointment.

We also offer urgent care service on Saturday and Sunday beginning at 8:30 a.m. at our Salisbury location only.  No appointment is needed for weekend urgent care.

Appointment Guidelines

To help us deliver efficient service to all of our patients, please remember to:

• Call ahead to schedule an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
• Arrive on time for your appointment. If you are visiting us for the first time, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• Verify your insurance's coverage of our services prior to your visit.
• Bring your insurance card with you every time you visit us for a medical appointment.
• New and established patients, please bring all medications to every appointment.
