Farrington Family Medical Center has provided care to the Salisbury community for over 30 years. As a multi-specialty provider of health services, we can serve your entire family's needs at either of our convenient locations. Our physicians, board-certified in family practice, pediatrics and internal medicine, as well as our physician assistants, cover all areas of routine healthcare, including disease prevention, urgent care, and diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses.
