Office Hours:

Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and our physicians operate on an appointment basis. To schedule an appointment, please call our office at 704-384-7085 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. If your condition requires immediate medical attention, we will try to accommodate your needs as soon as possible.

The appointment desk is closed between 12 noon and 1 p.m.

Appointment Guidelines

To help us deliver efficient service to all of our patients, please remember to:

• Call ahead to schedule an appointment.
• Pay careful attention to your appointment reminder; you will receive a phone call to confirm your appointment prior to your scheduled time.
• Give us 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Arrive on time for your appointment. Should you be more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.
• Verify your insurance's coverage of our services prior to your appointment.
• Bring your insurance card with you every time you visit our office for an appointment.
• Bring a list of medications you are taking to each appointment.
