Billing

If we are provided a copy of your insurance card, we will gladly file charges wih your insurance provider.  You will be responsible for any copayment, insurance deductible or coinsurance due at the time of service.  Laboratory charges are usually billed separately.  Billing questions can be directed to our Centralized Business Office at 704-941-6475 or 866-666-1279 weekdays from 8:00am-5:00pm.

Insurance Plans

We participate with a large number of insurance plans.  Please contact your carrier to confirm that our physicians are in your network.

Please note that we do not participate in "Discount Plans," despite the fact that many list us on their website to be "In-Network".
