Appointments are scheduled by physician referral only. Physician-referred appointments can be made by calling our office at 704-316-5100 during our normal business hours:

• 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday

Holiday Closings

Our office is closed on the following major holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Good Friday
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day (July 4th)
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• December 24th
• Christmas Day

• Arrive on time for your appointment.
• If you are visiting us for the first time, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• Verify your insurance's coverage of our services prior to your appointment.
• Bring your insurance card with you every time you visit us for an appointment.
