What if I have a question after hours?
Our after hours phone system is focused on dealing with urgent health problems. Questions about refills, appointments and billing cannot be handled after or before our normal hours of operation. For questions of a non-urgent nature, we ask that you call our office between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Calls requiring answers are usually returned by the end of the business day, or the next day.
When will I receive lab results?
If the test results are abnormal or require immediate notification, someone from our office will call you promptly. If instructed to do so by your physician, please call our office to obtain the results.
How do I obtain a prescription refill?
Prescription refills should be requested by contacting your pharmacy.
How long does it take to obtain an appointment?
Calling our office at the first sign of illness helps to ensure that you receive an appointment time sooner rather than later. Normally, we are able to schedule same-day appointments for those requiring urgent care.
What if I have a question about my bill?
Billing questions may be directed to the Centralized Business Office at 704-384-7840, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
