Appointments
Appointments are scheduled during regular business hours. We ask that you cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. If you are an established patient please arrive by your appointment time. If you are a new patient please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. New Patients: If you are a new patient to our practice, please arrive about 30 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow us enough time to complete registering you and preparing your medical record. Having your previous medical records sent to our office prior to your visit will aid the physician with your treatment. Office Hours: Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with some evening appointments available. We are closed on weekends and major holidays. Confirmation and Cancellation: It is extremely important that you keep the appointments that you schedule or call at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time to cancel or reschedule. When an appointment time is scheduled, that time is not available for other patients who need to see the physician. We try to accommodate all patients who need to be seen. After Hours Support: We do provide an after hours answering service for urgent medical problems. We ask that routine questions, prescription refills, and non-emergency appointments be made during regular business hours. If hospitalization is required, a physician at Medical Plaza Family Physicians or one of the physicians in our call group may also provide your care, while coordinating with your primary physician. Holidays: Our office is closed on New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. You may contact our office for emergency care duirng holiday hours. Co-Pay: Our billing processes work very smoothly with us filing your insurance for you.
