The National Committee for Quality Assurance/American Diabetes Association Diabetes Physician Recognition Program is a voluntary effort to identify physicians who provide diabetes care consistent with the comprehensive diabetes care measures within the Health Plan Employer Data and Information Set (HEDIS), ADA's Standards of Medical Care and the Diabetes Quality Improvement Project.  Dr. Thad Clements has been awarded Recognition for 3 years (beginning August 2004) by the National Committee for Quality Assurance/American Diabetes Association Diabetes Physician Recognition Program.
