Our providers operate on an appointment basis. To schedule an appointment, please call our office at 704-384-1570 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you cannot keep your appointment, please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance. Our office is closed from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. for lunch.

Same-Day Appointments

Our office offers the convenience of same-day sick appointments for pediatric patients. Please call 704-384-1570 to schedule an appointment.

Saturday Sick Clinic

Our physicians, in conjunction with the other members of our pediatric call group, hold Saturday clinic hours for sick children. When you call our office Friday night or Saturday morning, the triage staff will schedule an appointment and provide directions to that Saturday's facility. Since we rotate the Saturday clinic locations, you must contact triage to schedule an appointment for your child.

Appointment Guidelines

To help us deliver efficient service to all of our patients, please follow these simple guidelines:

• Call ahead to schedule an appointment.
• To cancel or reschedule an appointment, notify the office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. 
• Arrive on time for your appointment. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.
• If you are visiting us for the first time, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment.
• Verify your insurance carrier's coverage of our services prior to your appointment.
• Bring your insurance card with you every time you visit us for an appointment.
