
What should I bring with me to my child's appointment?
Please bring a complete list of prescriptions and over-the-counter medications that your child is taking, your insurance card and co-pay. If your child is transferring from another practice, please bring his/her medical and immunization records.

Do you offer same-day appointments?
Yes. We offer the convenience of same-day sick appointments.

What if my child gets sick after hours or on the weekend?
Even when the office is closed, a registered nurse is available to answer your calls. This nurse will triage your child over the phone, and offer advice on what actions to take.

What if I have a question about my child's medical bill?
Billing questions may be directed to the centralized business office at 704-384-7840 weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

When will I receive my child's lab results?
You will be notified about lab results by phone or through the mail within two weeks from the date of the test. You will receive a call if the results require additional explanation or change in medication.
