All insurance co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. If we do not have a contracted arrangement with your insurance plan, you will be expected to pay in full at the time of service. Payment will be collected before you see the provider. We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard as payment options. Please remember to bring your insurance card with you every time you visit us for an appointment.

Workers Compensation

Novant Medical Group urgent care locations accept almost all workers compensation insurance carriers, and will bill your employer's carrier after treatment of your on-the-job injury.

Some workers compensation insurance carriers provider "designated" physician and hospital networks for the treatment of work-related injuries. Your Employer should let you know if these designated workers compensation networks pertain to you.
