Our office is open 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.  To schedule an appointment please call 704-316-5070 and one of our helpful staff members will assist you.

To assist us in providing a remarkable experience to all of our patients please note the following:

• Please call ahead to schedule your appiontment
• Please contact our office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to cancel or reschedule
• Please arrive on time.  Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
• If this is your first visit with us, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete your registration forms.
• Verify with your insurance carrier that Northlake Dermatology and our services are covered.
