In order to serve you better, a copy of your insurance card is needed at each visit. All insurance co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. We will gladly file your charges with your insurance carrier.

Billing for Tests:
Labs and other tests performed outside our office will be billed by the entity performing the test.

Insurance Plans:
We participate with most of the major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance carrier to confirm that Novant Urgent Care providers are covered by your plan.

Medicare Coverage:
We are participating physicians for Medicare. We accept assignment and will be happy to file your claims to Medicare.
