Appointments
We desire to provide timely and convenient appointments for you. Find information about our office hours here.

Appointments may be made by calling 704-384-8267 weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We ask that you cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Check In

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to check in and complete any required administrative paperwork. All patients are asked to present their insurance cards and copayment, if required, at check in each time they visit our office.

New Patients

New patients will receive a packet of information by mail prior to their appointment. The packet will contain information about our practice as well as preregistration and history forms to be completed prior to your appointment.  This will help facilitate your registration process.

Office Hours

Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday's. We are closed on weekends and on the following major holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Confirmation and Cancellation

If you are not be able to come to your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible and at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit. If you receive a confirmation phone call before your appointment, please note the information carefully. During the call you will be given the opportunity to confirm or cancel your appointment. Any missed appointment without 24 hour notice could result in a $25 no-show fee.

After Hours Support

We provide an after hours answering service for your urgent medical problems. Routine questions and prescription refills should be made during regular business hours.

Our office closes for the following major holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Copayment

Our patients are responsible for their copayment at the time of check in. The amount of your copayment is determined by your insurance company and is usually printed on your insurance card. We accept checks, cash, Visa or Mastercard.
