All insurance co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. If we do not have a contracted arrangement with your insurance plan, you will be expected to pay in full at the time of service. Payment will be collected before you see the provider. We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard as payment options. Please remember to bring your insurance card and photo identification with you every time you visit Presbyterian Urgent Care.
