For a life-threatening emergency, dial 911 immediately. For urgent medical needs, call our office at 704-316-1125 and clinical triage or the physician on call will be glad to assist you.
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
If you need a refill of a current prescription, please contact your pharmacy before your supply runs out. The pharmacy will contact your provider for approval of the refill. Please allow one working day for any medication refill. Refills are not handled after hours, on holidays or weekends.
You should receive notification of laboratory results by mail within three weeks of your test. If your results require immediate notification, we will call you with the results.
To release records to a specialist or another practice, we need your written permission. We have forms in the office available for that purpose. The process of transferring records is time consuming, and it requires two weeks for completion.
The visitor parking deck for Midtown Medical Plaza has a main entrance on Randolph Road, just east of Caswell Road. Another entrance is located on Providence Road, just east of Caswell Road.
The building is handicap accessible. Handicap parking spots are available on the first level of the parking deck as you enter it from the Randolph Road entrance.
If you are ever admitted to Presbyterian Hospital, a team of in-hospital specialists, Presbyterian Inpatient Care Specialists (PICS), will admit and care for you. The PICS team is available 24 hours a day to manage inpatients. Because of their constant presence in the hospital, they can respond promptly to changes in a patient's condition and report test results to us in a timely fashion.
