Billing and Co-Payments

Insurance co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. If we do not have a contracted arrangement with your insurance plan, you will be expected to pay in full at the time of service. Payment will be collected before you see the provider. We accept cash, check, debit card, MasterCard and Visa as payment options.

Insurance  

We accept assignment for most major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance carrier to confirm that Presbyterian Pulmonary and Critical Care is a provider.

We will gladly file your medical charges with your insurance carrier. If payment has not been received within 45 days of filing, you will be notified and asked to contact your insurance company.

Billing for Tests

Laboratory tests performed outside of our office will be billed by the entity performing the test.

Medicare Coverage

For people 65 years of age and older, as well as eligible disabled individuals, Presbyterian Pulmonary accepts all Medicare standard supplemental insurance policies.
