Our Ballantyne location offers extended hours on random days for patients who wish to be seen as early as 7:30 in the morning or late afternoons and evenings. Call 704-384-1620 to inquire which days these convenient hours are offered.

You will receive a reminder of your appointment 2 days prior by phone. We ask that you cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to check in and complete any required administrative paperwork. All patients are asked to present their insurance cards and co-pay, if required, at check in.

New Patients:
New patients will receive a packet of information by mail prior to their appointments. The packet will contain information about our practice as well as pre-registration and history forms to facilitate your registration process.

Office Hours:
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are closed on weekends and on the following major holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Confirmation and Cancellation:
If you will not be able to come for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, and at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit. If you receive a confirmation phone call before your appointment, please note the information carefully. During the call you will be given the opportunity to confirm or cancel your appointment.

After Hours Support:
After our office closes, we provide an after hours answering service for your urgent medical problems. Routine questions and prescription refills should be made during regular business hours. Holidays: Our office closes for the following major holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Co-Pay:
Our patients are responsible for their co-pay at the time of check in. The amount of your co-pay is determined by your insurance company and is usually printed on your insurance card. We accept checks, cash, visa or mastercard.
