Office Hours and Appointment Scheduling

Our providers operate on an appointment basis during the following office hours:

• Huntersville office: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday.
• Concord office: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday

If your condition requires immediate medical attention, we will work with you to provide care as soon as possible.

Appointment Guidelines

To help us deliver efficient service to all of our patients, please follow these simple guidelines:

• Call ahead to schedule an appointment.
• To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
• Arrive on time for your appointment.
• If you are a first-time visitor, please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment.
• Verify your insurance carrier's coverage prior to your appointment.
• Bring your insurance card with you every time you visit us for an appointment.
