We have an on-site laboratory staffed with qualified laboratory personel to draw samples and perform in-house testing as needed. We can also send lab specimens to reference labs for specialized or unusual testing. The majority of our laboratory work is performed by Presbyterian Laboratory Services, though an occasional insurance plan will require the use of Lab Corp. For your convenience, most common laboratory tests that are needed right away (STAT), can be performed in our on-site laboratory. We may have you wait in the office for the result.

X-ray services are obtained in the office for more routine studies such as chest X-ray, bone and joint films, or plain abdominal films. More complicated studies are referred to Mecklenburg Radiology which has a number of office locations. Our referral staff helps coordinate the appointment with radiology scheduling.
